Our Guarantee

Our commitment to you is this: every plant you receive will be in peak health, and we back this with a 30-day guarantee post-arrival. We take immense care in nurturing our plants in our greenhouses and ensure they are securely packaged for their journey to you.

Please note, plants are sensitive to sudden environmental changes, so a bit of initial weariness or minor imperfections are normal. It may take some time, perhaps a few days to weeks, for your plant to fully acclimate and flourish in its new environment.

Your satisfaction with our plants is our top priority. In the rare case that a plant reaches you in an unsatisfactory condition, we'll promptly send a replacement at no extra cost. This replacement will come in a grower pot, and you can easily repot it into your original Ecopot, or another pot of similar size, following the instructions we provide. However, repotting any indoor plant within the first 30 days (unless it's a replacement) will invalidate the 30-Day guarantee.

If your plant or pot is damaged upon arrival, and it's within 30 days of your purchase, please take some photos of the damage and reach out to our Customer Success team through our support form, including your order number and the photos. After 30 days, we are unable to offer refunds. For a replacement, photographic evidence of damage is necessary. Note that replacements are limited to the damaged items only.

We also carefully select top-quality care products and accessories for your plants. If any of these items arrive damaged or show defects within the first 14 days, we will be glad to replace them.

Please understand that we cannot accept order cancellations or changes after an order is placed. To ensure a swift delivery, we start preparing your order for shipment immediately, making it impossible to make any adjustments post-ordering.
